Kristen


Kristen Sullivan is the Owner and Clinical Director of Kristen Sullivan LMHC and Associates. She has a great deal of experience working with substance abuse issues as well as, crisis management, depression, and anxiety. She believes everyone deserves to live their best life and enjoys being a part of making that a reality for her clients. Kristen has completed a Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies through The Trauma Research Foundation.


Dr. Claudia Orfao-Martin (Claudia) LICSW, is here to help. A highly experienced therapist and clinical social worker she has years of experience with all sorts of challenges. She has worked with divorced individuals, couples, children, families, and many types of clients. Life changes, unexpected stress counseling, grief therapy and more are some but not all the areas she can offer help.

Her work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families has left Claudia with little she hasn’t experienced. Her diversity allows her to provide clinical counseling in a friendly and helpful way. She removes barriers and puts people at ease almost instantly using her calm tone and years of experience to help people help themselves and thrive. Claudia works with individuals and children to help them Thrive!

Claudia has additional experience as an adjunct professor, medical social worker, guardian Ad. Litem, clinical director and supervisor. Her experiences are second to none and her desire to help is first class.

Lauren Register is an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Lauren is a culturally competent and LGBTQ+ friendly counselor who has dedicated her life to helping others through therapy and empowerment. Lauren works with children, teens, and adults as well as a parents and caregivers. Lauren has worked with a myriad of mental health concerns in both outpatient and inpatient settings; of particular interest are obsessive-compulsive related, anxiety, depressive disorders, gender dysphoria, adjustment disorder, trauma and grief. Further, she is well versed in a variety of therapeutic approaches that include solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered, motivation interviewing, and play therapy. No matter the therapeutic approach, Lauren is committed to helping clients finds their inner strength.

Danielle

 Danielle Mann is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) who has been in the field for 7 years and received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University. She has worked with the LGBTQ+ community, refugees, parolees, children, teens, adults, family and couples. She has experience in treating clients with substance use issues, gambling addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender dysphoria, executive functions issues and other mental health concerns.  She utilizes a variety of interventions a few examples are mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy and psychoeducation. Danielle is caring, empathetic and compassionate while offering a judgment free environment to her clients. 


Vikki

Vikki Ludwigson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. She received her master's degree in social work from Boston University, and has extensive experience providing therapy to children and their families in school and community settings. Her areas of special interest include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and trauma. She is strengths-based in her approach and uses a mix of cognitive-behavioral, play therapy, mindfulness, and collaborative problem-solving techniques. She is focused on providing a safe, supportive environment and building strong rapport with children to allow for open expression and growth.

   

Jim


Jim Pereira has his LMHC (Licensed R.I AND Massachusetts). He specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and phobias. Jim has many years of experience in regards to individual therapy, couple counseling, family counseling, substance abuse counseling, and anger management.... he has excellent success rates. Jim has been awarded "the distinction of excellence" from his graduate school. Jim works with clients ages 8 and up, doing both in person and virtual. He sees a vast array of clients with varying needs.


Erin O

Erin Oliva LICSW is a graduate of University of Southern California and has a background working with adults, adolescents, and children. She has special interest in venerable populations and has spent much of her professional career working or volunteering in this area. She has worked in a variety of different areas such as schools, residential programs, public programs, and early childhood centers. As a provider she will take the time to get to know you and where you want to take your treatment. She will then individualize this treatment with understanding; ensuring you maintain your sense of self and dignity throughout the process.  Erin works with a diverse group of clients. She has experience with adoption related issues, ADHD, autism, LGBTQ+ related issues, anxiety and depression as well as many others.

Erin has always believed this and has always believed that communication is fundamental in learning about yourself and your abilities to cope with what life throws at you; because she believes every individual has the tools necessary to live their lives to the fullest, sometimes they just need help uncovering it!! 

Karen K

Karen Keighley (she/her) is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (MA LCSW) who received a Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University. An adult adoptee, Karen experienced reunion with her birth family and understands the adjustment and identity confusion associated with that. Adoption, attachment, and identity issues are her specialty. In addition, Karen is experienced working with adults with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Karen’s therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution focused, narrative, and motivational interviewing. Karen is passionate about LGBTQIA+ advocacy, unveiling white privilege, disability awareness and gender equity. Karen is culturally sensitive, compassionate, and excited to support clients to help meet their goals.

Rachel B

Rachel Brancato is an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Rachel has worked in a variety of treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient, school based, community based, and in-home services.  Rachel's career path has provided her the opportunity to serve a wide population of individuals and as a result of her extensive work with people, she has come to appreciate the fundamental value of a positive and genuine relationship between client and therapist. Her approach to therapy is one that incorporates humor, empathy, honesty, and flexibility. Rachel considers herself an eclectic clinician meaning that she practices therapy utilizing multiple theoretical approaches and techniques based on the needs of her clients. Rachel practices from a person-centered, trauma informed approach. Some therapy modalities that she most often draws upon are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness-based Therapy. 

Dave R

Dave Richardson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 26 years of experience.  Dave received his Master’s in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University.  He has specialized in the treatment of psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and dual diagnosis.  Dave has experience working in a variety of settings including Community Mental Health, Assertive Community Treatment, Specialized Foster Care and Outpatient.  He has contributed to the training and education of social workers by acting as a Field Instructor for Boston University, Simmons University and Rhode Island College.  

Dave utilizes multiple approaches to therapy that best meet the needs of each client.  These include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, ACT and Mindfulness.  Dave believes that optimal healing and personal growth take place in the context of a well defined therapeutic relationship that is safe, empowering, collaborative and client centered.  He honors the unique strength, power and potential of each client. 


Sarah C

Sarah Cote is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Master's degree at Bridgewater State University. Sarah has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in residential, correctional, and community-based settings. She has experience helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, and bipolar disorders. Sarah believes that therapy should be empowering and centered around your needs. She is happy to work virtually or in person.

John

John Cote is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who received his Master’s degree from Simmons College. John has helped individuals facing a wide variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, aging, addictive behaviors, substance use, relationship problems, gender and sexuality issues, involvement in the legal system, personality disorders, cognitive challenges, and autism spectrum disorder. He has experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages.

John utilizes therapeutic approaches including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and systems theory. He believes that therapy should be nonjudgmental, inclusive, and above all, useful to you. John conducts sessions both virtually and in person.

Derrick

Derrick Lacasse is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Music Therapist (MTBC).  He received a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and  Expressive Therapies from Lesley University. Derrick is passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. He incorporates therapeutic approaches like: Person-Centered; Humanistic; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Mindfulness; and Music Therapy. Derrick has worked with adolescents, teens, couples and adults who experience anxiety, depression, substance-use, gender dysphoria, trauma, relationships and grief. He believes the therapy space should be a co-collaborative one and everyone has the right to go at their own pace. You are in control, your mental health is important and you matter.
