I offer a competitive direct pay rate to clients that do not have health insurance or have health insurance that we do not accept at this time.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please make sure to provide the most updated insurance information.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at time of service.
